Waco Whirlwind!!

We spent a week in Waco over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was filled with activities and fun cousin time!! We went to the Children's musuem, SkateWorld (fact: Jared is an excellent "8 wheeler"), Christmas shopped, and Hollin and I finally got to meet 'Gus,' the egyptian goose who loves my Dad!! Thanksgiving was nice and peaceful, and then Hollin blessed us with her happy smile for pictures.

Then back in Austin, we enjoyed a night on the town with friends. We are getting ready for Christmas here!

 For Carson's 5th birthday, he got to fly with Aunt E back to Austin!  We had a great cousins weekend with no down time allowed for missing Mommy and Daddy.  Hollin thought Carson was so funny and entertaining, and Jared and I realized how easy having two kids could be if they came out as a five year old :)  It was a COLD weekend so we did all indoor activities - bowling, Jumpstreet, Dave and Busters, Golfsmith, IHOP, and Carson's favorite adventure was shopping at the Five and Below store...  He is such a sweet boy!

Plenty to be thankful for!

We celebrated Carson's big 5th birthday with a tailgate party!! I can't believe that boy is already 5 - he is so smart, athletic, goofy and loves his cousin, Baby Hollin so much!!

Carson's favorite song is the National Anthem, Star Spangled Banner, we all sang it before cake - so cute!

When I can't find Hollin, she is usually playing in our closet and has recently discovered my jewelry box. She loves to walk around with bracelets and takes them on and off and on.
