I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday

Last Christmas post.... We celebrated a late Christmas with the Whitsons along with Jared's 34th birthday! Hollin loved all of her new toys and lots of hugs from the family!

The Chipmunk Song

This song reminds me of when I was a little girl and my family would lay in front of the Christmas tree listening to the Chipmunks and Disney's 12 days of Christmas. It is fitting now, because our sweet Boogie Bear has quite the chipmunk cheeks and they are so kissable!!

At five months, Hollin loves to go outside and watch the snow flake lights in our tree, all lights in general, chewing on Sophie the giraffe's legs and Momma's fingers, watching her cousins play, sleeping 12+ hours at night, started to play in her jumperoo, can sit up for about 30 seconds before her head pulls her down, she's very intrigued by new toys and LOVES sweet potatoes!

Joy to the World

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday but it came and went much too fast!  We took Hollin to the Trail of Lights in Austin and showed her the spot where Daddy proposed three years ago, and she seemed to be in awe of all the lights!

Then we went to Waco for a few days and enjoyed our family Christmas.  Hollin got to meet Aunt Melinda, Paul and boys and we also celebrated with Aunt Carol, Mimmie, Bubba and the Hams.  She loved watching Emery and Carson play with all their toys!  It was a wonderful first Christmas for our sweet girl!
